  3. Another in a family of programmer's tools. ( I'm using a standard Readme file)
  4. This is a 'Drag and Drop' Application that either records a message as an Audio Data file or it plays any AIFF/AIFF-C file selected or dropped onto it.
  5. System 7 Sound manager, may also work on sys 6.0.7+

  9. I'll be stuffed if I know, my kids will play with it, but I can't see my wife leaving messages for me. It may form the base of MacAnswer, a Macintosh telephone answering machine.

  11. How to use it, step by step.

  13.        To use MacNote :
  14.                 • Drag your AIFF file onto the MacNote icon. Your file will be
  15.          feeblewhitzed and returned to it's original position.
  16.  
  17.             To use MacNote on system 6:
  18.                 • Shift-Select both MacNote and the target file. 
  19.                 • Double- click on either Icon.
  20.                 • Your file will be feeblewhitzed and returned to it's original position.

  22.             To reverse the action of MacNote: (Record to a file)
  23.                 • Double-click on the MacNote Icon.
  24.                 • Select the target file and hit the Open button,
  25.                 • You may Record a message.
